"When I tell you the venue was the hottest topic of our wedding, it was! We got compliment after compliment about how beautiful, elegant, and convenient it was. Collis is an absolute gem to work with. We chose the venue because we loved it, the second most important reason was Collis. He is attentive and easy to get in contact with. He was more than willing to help when we needed specific modifications since we had several children and adults in wheelchairs coming to the venue. Collis let us come the Thursday before our wedding to stay which was on a Saturday (11/02/2024). He also let us come in March 2024 before the wedding to stay for a few nights to measure and talks decor plans. He was communicative and had a lot of information about the area. The venue is very clean and looks like it’s being taken care of. Collis will update things regularly to make it the best it can be for the wedding party and guests. He has been updating the mattresses for the beds to be even more comfortable. Right before our wedding we were told that now he has enough beds to hold 18 guests instead of what was 16 on property which came in handy. The bathrooms and amenities are huge and good quality. Collis would make us aware of his schedule and where he would be if we needed him when we were setting up the day before. This venue is quiet and beautiful anytime of year. We had a retro wedding and it worked perfectly with the barn for cocktail hour and all the other spaces. Collis is easy going and lets you decorate to your hearts content. The reception space is sleek and also a blank canvas for you to dress up in anyway. It is very convenient to have places to stay on property and have a separate space for ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, The list goes on and on about how great the venue space and Collis is, it really speaks for itself."
