"Oh.my.goodness. This turkey is worth every penny. Moist, juicy, tender, and flavorful WITHOUT basting or prepping under or on top of the skin and the skin is the right degree of crispness. Both light and dark portions were succulent beyond wildest expectations. And it really does cook quickly. Who would have thought they would even provide a thermometer? Follow their instructions, and you and your guests will swoon. Absolutely outstanding! And the best part? For those of us who are animal-welfare focused, KellyBronze turkeys check the boxes.
