"On March 21, 2025 I had to say goodbye to my best furbaby of 13 years. Dr. Leslie had been with my Frankie for a long time and she gave him the best care she could. But Frankie's health finally got the better of him and I had made the choice to say goodbye. I had an incredibly hard time with making the decision to say goodbye. So that afternoon Dr. Leslie and one of her techs came in (I am sorry I did not catch her name because she was amazing too) to help me and Frankie. Dr. Leslie sat down beside me and asked me if Frankie hadn't gotten any better. I told her no and she apologized. Long story short when it came time to say goodbye, Dr. Leslie and her tech were amazing. So caring. They were petting my Frankie and telling him he was so loved and that he would be missed but he was so so loved. She made sure I was OK before she left the room. The tech was so amazing. She still babied my Frankie. She called him, "sweet baby" and gave him the best after care. I had a blanket with him and she asked if I wanted it back and I told her no that he liked to be covered up. She swaddled him like a newborn. I say all that to say this... I've never had to let go of a fur child in that manner, but I am so thankful to Dr. Leslie, her tech, and all the staff at Crab Orchard Veterinary Services. They have always taken the best care of my fur kids and I highly recommend them for all your fur baby's needs. ❤️❤️❤️"
